Brad Marler is a NMAS Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Location: Brad is based in Canberra. Face to face meditations can be organised at various locations throughout Canberra CBD or worldwide via Video Mediation.
Other skills and practice areas: Brad is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
Other Information: Brad is currently completing a Master of Laws at the Australian National University focusing on Family Law.

Brads passion for mediation comes from his time spent volunteering at a Community Legal Centre. He saw firsthand the cost (physical, emotional and monetary) to clients caught in the middle of a dispute. He is firm believer that mediation facilitates a cost effective and quick resolution to many disputes.
Brad is currently part of a small dedicated team liaising between the Commonwealth Ombudsman and one of the largest Australian Federal Government Departments.
